A printable checklist that makes sure nothing gets missed — before kick-off, at half-time, after the whistle and through the season.

Use this checklist before every fixture to make sure your club page does its job. Print it, share it with your volunteer, or keep it in your phone's notes.

Before kick-off

• Fixture graphic is scheduled — teams, competition, kick-off time correct
• Predicted lineup posted the day before
• Sponsor logo visible on today's graphics
• Goal announcement templates loaded and ready
• Player of the match template has the right sponsor space

During the match

• Goal announcement goes out within minutes of each goal
• Half-time score posted at the break
• Screenshots of key moments saved for the report

After the whistle

• Full-time result posted within minutes
• Player of the match graphic shared — tag the player
• Next fixture posted — date, opponent, kick-off
• Match report drafted from the scoreline (if using the content engine)

Weekly

• This week's pack is approved and scheduled
• Last week's engagement checked — any replies answered
• Sponsor visibility reviewed — is the logo present on every graphic?
• Volunteer queue cleared — nothing left unposted

Season

• Retainer reviewed each season — is it still paying for itself?
• Club style refreshed — colours, sponsor spaces, badge current
• Junior teams added if applicable
• Season engagement review — which graphics drove the most shares?
