What goal announcement graphics are

Goal announcements are the fastest-turnaround graphics in the matchday set. A goal goes in, the announcement goes out within minutes. The speed matters — the faster the announcement, the more it feels like being there.

Two templates are prepared before kick-off: one for a home goal, one for an away goal. On the day, the scorer's name and the new scoreline drop into the pre-built template. No design work on matchday — just fill in the blanks and post.

When goal announcements post

Within minutes of the goal. The half-time score follows at the break. The full-time result follows the final whistle. The sequence is: goal → half-time → full-time — each one faster than the last.

What about penalties?
A third goal from the same player gets a "Hat Trick" banner added to the standard goal announcement. It is the one variant worth celebrating differently.
