Basic plan users receive weekly updates (every Monday). Pro and Agency plans include daily updates — we check every 24 hours, typically within the same time window you selected during setup. We also track Google Local Pack positions and Google Business Profile performance metrics.

You add your competitors' domains, and we track their keyword rankings alongside yours across all engines. Pro includes up to 5 competitors; Agency has unlimited competitor tracking. You can export competitor data at any time.

Yes — white-label reports are available on the Agency plan. You can customise reports with your own logo, brand colours, domain, and messaging. Reports are delivered as PDF or shareable web links. We also offer a client dashboard on the Agency plan so your clients can log in and see their own data in your brand.

When an update is detected, you receive an alert with a summary of the change, how it's affecting your rankings, and recommended actions. However, our platform is built by a UK team with deep expertise in UK search behaviour, Google UK rankings, and British SEO challenges. Our support team operates in UK business hours, and our documentation uses UK English and references UK-specific SEO considerations (Google UK, Bing UK, .co.uk domains, UKGAAP for reporting).

All ranking data is stored on UK-based servers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We are fully GDPR compliant and registered with the ICO. Your keyword and competitor data is never shared or sold. We also offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for agency clients who need it for their own compliance. Enterprise customers can request a SOC 2 report.
