Matchday Retainer — Onboarding
Thanks for subscribing. The retainer is built around your fixture list, so the first thing we need is that list plus your club's brand basics. Send it by replying to your receipt email or emailing hello@aisuitehq.org.
Send these details
- Club, team or page name, and your league or division.
- Your fixture list for the month: opponent, competition, date, kick-off time, home or away, venue.
- Where you play and who runs the socials.
- Colours and crest or badge — a photo of the badge is fine if you don't have a clean file.
- Sponsors to mention, with their exact wording as they want it written.
- Platforms you post to, and the sizes you need.
- Tone: serious, local, youth academy, fan debate, funny.
- Anything to avoid — rival jokes, certain players, words you don't use.
- The one thing you want to stop happening (usually: the page going quiet).
What happens next
- Within 24 hours: we confirm your details and flag anything missing.
- Within 48 hours: your first monthly content calendar — one entry per fixture.
- Each fixture: preview graphic, predicted XI, half-time card, full-time card, player of the match, next-fixture graphic.
- Sponsor block: a reusable plate with your sponsors' exact wording, so it stays accurate.
- Monthly: a short report on what went out and what to change next month.
Please note on accuracy
We build the artwork; you own the facts. Scores, lineups, kick-off times and league positions are taken from what you send us. If a fixture moves or a kick-off changes, tell us and we rebuild that fixture.
We do not use official league badges or club marks we have no rights to, and we won't invent sponsors, scores or quotes.
