Send us these six things
Reply by email with as much of this as you have. Do not wait until you have all of it — send what you have and we will flag anything missing, rather than guessing at your club's details.
- Club name — exactly as you want it printed.
- Opponent name — exactly as it should appear.
- Competition — league, cup, friendly.
- Date and kick-off time — and whether it is home or away, with the venue.
- Colours — your club colours as hex codes if you have them, or just the names. A photo of the badge is fine; we do not need a vector file.
- Anything we must not use — official league badges, unlicensed crests, sponsor marks you have no rights to. Tell us and we will leave them out. We do not use marks we have no rights to.
What happens next
- Within 24 hours — we confirm we have your details and tell you the exact delivery time for the first assets.
- Brand kit first — we agree the colour treatment before producing the set, so you are not paying for six graphics in the wrong shade.
- Within 48 hours — the first assets arrive for your review.
- Two revision rounds — you tell us what to change and we change it.
- Final files — PNG, square and wide, ready to post.
What we do not promise
- No guaranteed reach, follower counts or engagement figures. Anyone who guarantees those is guessing.
- No use of official league, competition or club marks we do not have rights to.
- We will not invent a score, a quote or a sponsor. If a fact is not in your brief, we ask rather than guess.
After this pack
One pack covers one fixture. Most clubs find the same thing: the pack gets posted, then the page goes quiet again until someone remembers.
If you would rather the content kept coming without you chasing it, the monthly version covers every fixture on a fixture calendar — same standard, produced whether or not anybody remembers to ask. That is the Matchday Retainer, and existing pack customers can move onto it whenever they like.
