We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For one-time purchases, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel at any time and receive a refund for unused days in the current billing period. Setup fees are refundable if the setup has not yet been completed.
Support includes help with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of purchased products. Support does not include custom development, training beyond the included walkthrough, or assistance with third-party services. Extended support packages are available for an additional fee.
