AI Phone Answering Service: Never Miss a Call

An AI phone answering service answers every call for your trade business — 24/7, no missed leads, no lost jobs.

Most trade businesses lose money on the phone. A missed call is a missed job — and most people do not call back. They call the next number on Google.

An AI phone answering service answers every call, takes the details, books the job into your calendar, and sends you the lead. It works 24/7, including weekends, holidays, and the hours you are on a ladder or under a sink.

What an AI phone answering service does

• Answers every call — no engaged tone, no voicemail, no missed leads
• Takes job details — name, number, job type, location, urgency
• Books the job — into your calendar, with a confirmation text to the customer
• Qualifies the lead — filters time-wasters and confirm real jobs
• Escalates emergencies — burst pipes and no-heat calls get through immediately

Why tradesmen need it

Tradesmen are busy. You cannot answer the phone when you are working. But the customer who calls at 7pm on a Friday is often the best lead — they need you now, and they will not wait. An AI answering service means you never lose that lead.

How it works

1. Customer calls your number
2. AI answers with your business name
3. AI takes the job details and qualifies the lead
4. Job booked into your calendar, confirmation text sent
5. You get the lead instantly by text and email

Cost and value

A missed job can cost hundreds. An AI answering service costs a fraction of that. Compare it to a human receptionist — see how much an AI receptionist costs versus a human.
