Free Animated Matchday Recap (No Credits, No Paywall)
1080p vertical matchday video. No credits. No paywall. No subscription. Free exports, forever.
The Gap It Fills
GafferLab offers animated 1080p vertical matchday videos across 50 templates in 10 categories — but locks exports behind a credit-based paywall. No free exports means no trial, no viral loop, no word-of-mouth.
What You Get for Free
- Animated matchday recap — 1080p vertical video, ready for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
- 50+ templates — across 10 categories (fixture, lineup, goal, HT, FT, POTM, and more)
- Club branding — colours, badge, sponsor footer baked in
- No credit system — generate as many as you need
The Economics of Free
Free exports are the acquisition channel. Once the club sees the video performing on their socials, the upsell to automated posting, sponsor reporting, and multi-club management is natural. The free tier is the funnel, not the product.
Why Credits Kill Virality
A credit-based paywall means a club can't share a sample with a neighbouring club. No sharing means no organic growth. Free means every club that sees a recap becomes a potential customer.
The Competitor Contrast
- GafferLab: credit-based paywall, no free exports, no automated posting
- Clubpost: no animated video at all
- TRYMF SMG: animated PNGs only, no video content
